My name is Diedre Tanenberg, and I am serving as Chairperson of the 2026 Deaf in Government (DIG) Election Committee. I am currently recruiting one or two additional members to join the Election Committee. If you are interested in supporting this effort, please email elections@deafingov.org. Our goal is to provide a fair and equitable process throughout the election.
2026 Election Timeline
General election: November 9-13, 2026
Run-off election, if needed: November 16-20, 2026
Annual Meeting/installation of winners: December 5, 2026
The election will take place electronically via LimeSurvey. Election results will be certified prior to the Annual Meeting, where the winners will be announced.
